Cant get frame to raise off lower control arm driver side, wheel well hitting tire
replaced torsion bar, reindexed key, is there something with front suspension or frame that could be causing this. Trying to help my son so he can get back to work. Need all the advice i can get. Thank you

 

Re-index the key. you are off one flat.
