Default ABS and Hand Brake Light on Dash are haunted

My 2000 Dakota Sport 4 cylinder recently started to show the ABS and hand BRAKE light wile driving. I can stop and restart and they go away. Then come back on while driving. Any clues as to where to start looking?
Thank you!

Thanks HeyYou. I saw on another of your posts that retail OBD II won’t read this type of code? I’ll head to Autozone. I was going to buy an OBD II. Good for other diagnostics, correct?

There is a REALLY wide spectrum of scanners out there.... Some better than others. You really want one that will talk to SRS, and ABS systems as well. Unfortunately, they are not inexpensive. But, if you own one of these trucks, with more computer power than the entire Apollo, and Space shuttle programs combined..... You REALLY need a good one.
