Found a good deal on some ABS hubs on closeout. I'm guessing that other than ABS wiring they are the same as non-ABS hubs, and I could just clip the wire harness off?

The ABS hubs are different left to right, but I'm also guessing that just has to do with the wire harness position, and since I'm clipping wire it doesn't matter which side I use?

I found online where someone said ABS to non-ABS worked on 3rd gen, but haven't found any mention of 2nd...

 

yes they should be the same. Only difference is the pickup sensor.
