Default Serpentine belt

Hey guys, merry Christmas to everyone hope it’s all been a great week, I jus have some questions so recently my serptine belt as I was driving ended up slipping off my 01 dodge Dakota, it’s currently parked in a parking lot right now but I’ve replaced both the tensioner pulley as I thought it was the problem due to the other one being so seized up and I replaced the belt of course because it ended up getting some really bad wear and tear, so long story short after replacing those parts and putting it all back together my belt keeps slipping off even tho the belt is pretty tight itself, the pulleys don’t seem to be misaligned so I honesltt am confused and what to do

Check the idler pulleys, make sure the spin freely, and don't feel crunchy. Also check other pulleys, make sure they don't wobble at all. (belt off for this please.) Probably find one or more aren't quite as good as you would like.

Yep, take off the belt, spin everything by hand. Sometimes it's not tensioner or idler pulley, but the AC idler.

More than likely the bolt holding the idler between alternator and AC has bent or lost it's bearing, or power steering has come loose.
