Default Bigger throttle body?

Hello, I have a 1997 dodge Dakota sport with the 5.2 318 magnum. I’ve been tearing it down which now is too the block. Im putting a .488"/.501" comp cam, longer push rods, melling lifters, shorty headers, and a set 5.9 magnum heads on it. I was wondering what is the biggest throttle body I could put on it without getting bigger injectors? And is a bigger throttle body even necessary, and do I need bigger injectors with these mods already as it stands.
thank you for the help in advance

the stock 49mm 2bbl is fine for naturally aspirated and is limited by the beer keg manifold. Usually switching to an M1 or airgap manifold will call for a swap to a 52mm TB and thats about it, several supercharged trucks have kept the 52mm TB. I'm one of very few that went to a 4 barrel.
