Could be the crank sensor, cam sensor, the engine speed sensor (which I thought was the crank sensor..... but hey, ya never know) could be a problem with the reluctor wheel on the crankshaft, or, simply a weak battery not supplying sufficient voltage to the sensors.... Thats gonna be a fun one to sort out.

The FSM says this:

P0320 (M):
No Crank Reference Signal at PCM. No reference signal (crankshaft position sensor) detected during engine cranking.

P0320 (M):
RPM Signal to PCM (Crankshaft Position Sensor Signal to JTEC). A CKP signal has not been detected at the PCM.

Does the tachometer work? Is the engine running? Usually this code would follow with no signal to fire the coil which would mean a non-running engine.
