The other day I left my windows down for about a minute it was pouring ran out rolled my windows up but now I don’t have any dash lights or tail lights but my brakes work and my turn signals work and my headlights work. None of my fuses are blown. What could it be? 2001 dodge Dakota 3.9 2wd

 

Do the daks have the same issue with the headlight switch as the full size trucks? (melted wiring, burnt switch....)

 

What got wet? Start there.

 

Just to throw out a idea .... I'm thinking the multi switch all of these things are ran through them .... The turn signal lever on the steering column.
Not sure about dash lights.
Just giving it a little thought, the switch is called a multi switch because it operates multiple things .... if the drivers door window was down it could have got water inside it or possibly just get condensation on a questionable switch to begin with ... they go bad over the years ... because some things work but others do not .... does not mean the whole switch failed .... just parts of it.

Possibly the rain had nothing to do with it ... just happened at this time.
With the year of the vehicle, some call it shotgun approach .... I would not be ashamed at all to just replace it. Just because of it's age.
While cheap enough, a pita to replace with removing the steering wheel with air bag, then disassemble enough to get to the switch.

Just reading your post, that's my first thought.
