I've tried pulling them out with pliers, it's like a vacuum is holding them in. Currently it's stuck on defrost. Maybe vent door?

Or is the control unit bad?

What I'm wondering now, cause the lever will swap between cold and hot uninhibited, and blower settings are fine also.
