Im new ro the website and have a few questions
So I just bought my first truck a few days ago after flipping the one that was handed to me near the end of September. I bought it for 550 and honestly thought it was a steal, and as far as I know it is. Only trouble is that this truck which is a 2002 dodge dakota sxt has nearly 410k miles in it. I fixed a few things on it and im still trying to figure out the right blinkers cuz it blinks fast but both lights work. Also when I rev it up anywhere past 1500 rpms and let go of the gas it goes way down sometimes below 500 rpms before it goes back to idling, so what's the deal with that? It idles smooth and doesn't give too much trouble going up in rpms it just drops way to low when I release the gas. Im obviously going to get new spark plugs and wires, going to clean the fuel injectors and probably the throttle body, but if that doesn't help I don't know what it is.
OH also just thought of this, i havemt messed with the 4 wheel drive on it yet cuz ive never had one or dont know how to fix it, but the dude i got it from says you can turn the **** to switch it on but it doesn't do anything, so i don't know what thats about either
Update a day later 😭 I started it and the blower motor went out again so im not sure if its just bad connection or if I should just replace the thing

yeahhh I just took the iac out a few minutes ago and the little white plastic peice was broken so im hoping that was the problem, there around 20 bucks on rockauto so im definitely doing that
You want a Genuine Mopar IAC motor...... the aftermarket fellers just don't react fast enough..... I have had zero success with them. Yes, they cost more, but, they actually WORK properly.....
