Error Code P0141 O2 Sensor

I get a code for my O2 Sensor with my OBDII. P0141: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2). Anyone know which senson this is the upstream or the downstream one?

Sensor 2 is down stream.
