I'm running 31x10.5 on those wheels on my 02 with absolutely no problem. You should be ok, have them bolt one up front and check clearance though. Turn the wheel back and forth and see if it'll hit when compressed.
i was running 31's x 10.5 the day i bought the truck, then went up to 32x10.5 15 with a little rubbing on hard turns, after raising TB's i had no problem with rubbing. wheels were eagle alloys
