What's up DF! Any of you guys or gals have viper wheels on your dak(18x10s). I want to get some for my QC but I want to see some pics of daks with the wheels on them. If anyone has some pics could you post them thanks.

 

I've seen it done, but you are talking some fabrication and lots of expense for the rubber on those...

 

Like DR said it would take a ton of fab work. It would sweet to see though.

 

Here's a shot from a Dakota with the CCW 18" Viper wheel.....and there is a member here on the board with the 20" SRT-10 Wheels on her 05 Dakota...

It would take a lot of work but damn would it be worth it. that looks bad ***.

Well its not going to take a lot of fab work. Not sure what they mean. All you need to know it backspacing. Depending on backspacing you will need a spacer if they sit in to far which would be a high number in back spacing. They make plenty of spacers out there. or if you have the right spacing your just looking at fender flares. Im thinking Viper wheels being 13" wide in the back you are going to need about a 2 inch spacer and some flares. Unless you are going to use the front in the back as well as the front then you might be ok with a smaller spacer. I would see if you can find someone with the wheels you want have them measure the back spacing then measure your truck and see what you are going to have to do. Its not going to take much work it just depends on what you are willing to shell out and if you want to do a little research.
