Any 1 have any good exhuast install storys where your about to get a pack of c-4 and let the truck have it? I just installed my gibson exhaust singel today. Went pretty good sooked everytihgn down in some p-b blaster lossened all the clamps up (took me a few minutes to figure out how to get them stuped rubber holders off) but 1s i learned the art it was easy going... any how im about to pull the muffler of the head pipe and me and my friend who was helping spent a good 4 hours trying to get that dam thing off lol. We had that thing dushed down to hell. it would turn and spin fine but it would not come out any we tried prying pulling twisting beating finally i was like screw this and got my turbo torch out and heated her up to a nice cherry red all the way around the old muffler where the pipe comes out and over laps the head pipe while my friend worked on the other end to lossen her and she poped right off then it was smooth sailing after words took about 15 mintues to install the new system (would have been shorter but i had to turn her on and hear her raw....hey who wouldnt) but any how loveing my new exhaust. any 1 have any storys of there install they like to share? haha

 

I helped my cousin install a borla cat back system on a 03 cobra last summer. We got the old one off fine.....put the new one on but it didn't look right. We had installed the driver and passenger pipes backwards. lol anyways we fixed it. And man did like thing sound wicked without mufflers!!!

I burnt both my hands, got steel slivers in both eyes, melted the inside of my angle grinder in about 30 minutes.

i cut 14 inches off the end to hide it
she has a nice little grumble now too...

Haha that sounds like fun... Dodges stock exhasut is actully a pretty hardy unit......to bad its going to the metal scrap lol owell.
