I am a Volunteer firefighter and am in the process of installing a headlight flasher on my 02 dak. I got this thing almost installed when the last part of the directions called for me to connect a black wire from the flasher into a parking light wire.This appearently controlls a Night-Time cutoff circuit thats unique for this year dakota.My question is where is the best place for me to make this connection? Or is the only place off the headlight switch in the cab? I went to the dealer and got them to print off a wiring diagram and also bought a Haynes repair manual but this isnt giving me any better ideas.

Also, what is the best and easiest way for me to remove the molding under the stearing wheel? I only saw 3 bolts at the very bottom.Figured there was some snap on or similar connections but wast sure.
