I have a 98 dakota with a 3.9L V6 and I am going to be putting in a 5.2L from a 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am rebuilding every aspect of the motor and should be getting some good HP numbers out of it. I was wondering if im going to have to do anything when it comes to my gauges. Should i get a computer from a 98 dakota just like my truck but for the 5.2L or will my gauges read with the 93 jeep computer? And is there anything else i need to keep in mind when it comes to swapping in this motor. Like mounts, wiring harness, etc...
