Default NEED HELP WITH WATER SPOTS PLEASE!!!

My front end got hit with some sprinklers and now my hood has spots that i can not get out for the life of me. i tried wash, wax, and a clay bar, but nothing. rubbing compound is too abrasive and i think polishing compound is too. anybody have some secrets on how to get rid of water spots. thanks

I use turtle wax on my front bumper and my car when I have either water spots or even the worst.....rust spots. For me it takes it out nicley. My sprinklers are fed from a lake behind my house so its not like cleanest of water. The Mr Clean filter is nice!
