All vehicles do that, as far as I have ever seen.
In addition to blowing cool air, the Air Conditioner also dehumidifies the air in the cab.
This humidity is condensed into water.
This water drips out on to the ground.

It's normal.

Absolutely normal for any car or truck with air. Watch cars in parking lots anywhere in the summer.

It is not unusual at all - and in fact desirable. Since all air conditioners, including your home unit, acts as a dehumidifier, water will drain. At home, that literally goes into a drain in most cases or out the window with window mounted air. In a car, it just drains underneath the vehicle typically on the passenger side.

Things to watch for? Check to make sure it is really water! Not good if it turns out to be oil, antifreeze or trans fluid Also, if there is no drainage - you might check to make sure the drain plug is not blocked. My Caravan always had a musty odor to it. Found out it was a misinstalled draintube that let the water drain into the passenger footwell and made the carpet all moldy...

up underneath your dash board where the blower motor is there might be a crack in the housing letting the water that suppose to drain outside the vechicle in. its like a house a/c. if the drain plug is plugged or not functioning correctly the water only has one place to go, back where it started from.

all the ones ive seen with this is a leaking heater core. theres one way to fix it is to find your two heater hoses going into the firewall and run them together with an elbow piece. but your heater will not work now. dependeing on where you live that might not be a big deal

considering it only happens when you use your AC it is most likely a plugged drain hose.
