am wondering on where can i get a tach signal in my 2002 dakota w/ 4.7 a/t............i know i already got a tachometer and its an automatic.........i need the signal for a RPM window switch.......any input will be greatly appreciated......

Oh ok then just don't blow it up. LOL. Aren't those tach's pretty much universal? if so you could get one from auto zone or just about any site that sells aftermarket car goodies. I'd try www.stylinconcepts.com first.
