Hey, has anyone swapped out your dak seats for full size? I can't really afford to go aftermarket but my seats are in need of replacing. I was wondering if anyone has tried putting seats from a half-ton into your dakota (say from a silvarado or something).
I have bucket seats with the console in between...

as long as you get the mounting rails supplied along with the center console, i doubt you would have a problem. it they are too wide, adjust where you are mounting the rails. be sure to close up stock mounting holes.

 

I suspected as much...guess I just wanted some reassurance.

Why is it so important to get the console as well?
