when i use my heater or ac it will only come out defrost. it blows hot and cold air and is very strong. i tried to replace the controls but still doesnt work. im thinking maybe something is clogging the vents but u would think that it would still blow on the floor. need help on how to get in the venting system or any other info on how to fix this problem.

thanks but it isnt the controls, i replaced with a brand new unit. i think something might be clogging the vents or something. is there any other parts of the system i can check.
