Manuel (man-well) is a spanish name

You can get a remote start installed on a manual tranny vehicle, but it involves bypassing the clutch safety switch thing, which means if you try and start it in gear it'll start moving as soon as it cranks.

Which is why shops will refuse to install them.

Best thing is to either run out, start it, set the brake and in neutral and go back in until it warms. Or install an engine heater and plug it in at night.

You can install remote start on standard cars/trucks. We have alot of people ask at best buy when they get remote start. Best buy will not install it for safty reasons. But you can find a local shop or a "buddy" that will do it. All they have to do is add a mod that pushes the little clutch button down, if you look when you push the clutch its just a little button, you can bypass that easy. Just dont leave your car in gear or its gone.

You have to get in the habbit of leaving it in neutral with the brake on.

Yeah, you have to find the right shop, and usually it's little mom/pop stereo shops who will do it when you're a known repeat/good customer.

What there trying to say is the 1 for the automatic will be the exact same for the 5-speed jsut you need to go out and find away to bypass the clutch safty lockout and walla!!
