im just giving you **** about the TB spacer. it is just a waste of money and you will lose hp/torque. for your reference, please read this article that silverram99 was kind enough to provide a while back. are you sure you were running under the same conditions on both runs? i am surprised you only gained 10 hp with headers and the programmer added. what kind of headers are you running? any other changes made between the first run and the second run?

from their FAQ on the website:

Q: Will the Superchips Tuner work with aftermarket modifications
A: Typically our tuning is designed to work with basically stock vehicles.
Cat back Exhaust are ok
Shorty headers are ok on normally aspirated applications
Cold Air Intakes are typically ok, but only when the mass air meter is the same distance from the throttle body as with the stock intake.
Bigger down pipes on diesels typically work fine except on the 6.0L Ford where the bigger down pipes hurt the low end torque of the motor.

I gotta chime in here lol, I am 100 percent with virused on the throttle body spacers. That was a $50 aluminum chunk of wasted money. Those things will do nothing for engines like ours, if you want to run a carburetor then it might help. I'm just throwin ideas out here but just for the fun of it pull that thing off and go run your truck on the dyno, I'd be willing to bet you will have a power increase. Just my $.02 though, because believe it or not at one time I had a spacer (not on my dodge though, would never do that to my baby).[sm=smiley9.gif]

And BTW I got that article that virused mentioned from TheBurningRom, just passing on some good info for those that didn't know.
