Default Turbo blue prints

i have access to a CNC milling machine. for people that dont know what that is, it stands for Computerized Numeric Control. its basicly a $250,000 computerized milling machine. this is the same machine they bore engines with and mill heads. for a project i have to come up with an idea. so far i have made gear shifters, brass knuckles (SHHH!!), and a Mack Truck Bulldog emblem.. i want my next project to be a turbo..so this is my question....

does anyone know where i can get blue prints for a turbo..

i live about 10 min from Summit Racing in Talmage OH, so i went there on my lunch break. i ordered a catolog from Turbonetics.com but the drawings where not that detailed.

PLEASE HELP

No turbo mfg. company is going to give up their blueprints for you to copy a production turbo charger, plus percision tooling involved it not like making a school project......look dad I made you a belt buckle and a turbo charger.....NOT hehe....but I am sure having access to that Mill you could make somethink you could use on your truck.....what comes to mine is "trottle body"

Hey, if all else fails, take one from their garbage and use a micrometer to measure it out. Seriously, even if the turbo doesn't come out right, you'll get a lot of machining and mechanical engineering experience. Give it a shot for the hell of it, good luck.

i agree that you should definately give it a shot simply because of the knowledge gained. however, i have to agree with lil that no one in their right mind would be giving up CAD specs on the turbo lineups.

i kinda thought that kinda stuff would of been locked in a volt someware but hey it never hurts to ask...with the drawing that i have from turbonetics im pretty sure i can draw it on CAD or master CAM.

ill post how my progress has come in the next few weeks
