I checked the codes on my truck and it is a P0455 a large leak in the evaporator. Can anyone tell me what this means. Thanks. Are they talking about the A/C evaporator?
Nope. They're talking about the emissions system. Small leak is typically a loose gas cap. Large leak I would guess would be a missing gas cap or charcoal canister or something else big.
I kept getting the same code after fitting an aftermarket gas cap. Fitted original and its never came back. Try a new cap, its the cheapest place to start.
