Fuse 19 is in the fuse block behind a panel on the driver side of the dash. I was told to reset the PCM all I can to do was disconnect the battery, play like your going to start the truck and then reconnect the battery.

too reset the pcm. disconnect the neg battery termanill, for 20 minutes. this will clear pcm. reconnect termanill, and start and stop truck 3 times. on the third time leave the truck running. let the computer learn the new peramiters that are being sent to it for about 5 minutes than take truck for a ride. should be all set. every time you put a different mod on the motor .intake, chip, injectors it is a good idea to reset pcm. if not it will take about 300 miles to learn the new peramiters
