I hate when I hear that, someone picks up their vehicle from a mechanic, they say, "Yea, its all fixed." And than you drive off, and you can tell right off the bat is not fixed.
And, than, you get someone else to verify "Its not right."
Half-a$$ mechanics.
Keep us posted on what ya find out.
Hopefully they'll fix it right this time.

HALLELUJAH!

The dealership finally found the correct problem and fixed it. She drives like new!

Turned out it was the lower steering coupling on the steering column. The universal joint that connects the steering column to the steering rack had stiffened up. Easy fix once they got the part in. And I got a new power steering pump and steering rack to boot, thanks to their initial incompetence!
