RE: 4.7L injector upgrade
With different injectors you need a different pressure regulator, as they tend to work best in different pressure ranges.
But just throwing bigger injectors in isn't going to do you any good unless youv'e got the mods to move a lot more air - to the point where you're running lean at the top end due to starvation. If you go pop big injectors in without having the ECU calibrated for them you could hurt performance. You'll also lose low end response where a large hose isn't going to be as accurate.

I have quite a few mods, just about everything you can bolt on without doing internal work. jba headers, super 40 muffler, 3' pipe from the headers back, custom cold air intake (p9 motorsports) superchip power programmed, underdrive pullies...lots of extras. the throttle body and injectors is the last thing before cracking it open and changing the cams or heads.
i'm having a hard time grasping on your other reply saying that a larger throttle body could be bad. more air, a bad thing? doesn't make much sense. i did find that the injectors on the 4.7 can be used up to 25lbs with a pressure regulator, more gas, more air needed.
