'98 stock Dakota/extended cab/4X2/ 5.2 V-8/ running 32X11.50X15 BF Goodrich AT's......noticed a very slight crease in my front right quarter panel, (wheel well fender), I assume from a bad bump. Need to lift it inexpensively but w/o half-fast job. I'm finding 3" susp. kits w/ extra leaf for rear and coil blocks for front. Do not want blocks, would rather replace w/ taller springs @ front. Rear susp. has leafs under differential....Cannot understand how one leaf will give me 3" lift @ rear. I need an extra leaf for heavy towing anyway but is there another trick to getting the 3" lift? Wish to locate kit to do a 3" susp. lift w/o losing stock susp. characterisics. Can anybody point me to an aftermarket kit to achieve true 3" lift utilizing aftermarket front coils and a leaf/ block combo for rear? Thanks in advance......B.MAC
