Default HO manifold and cams

If anyone has installed the H.O. manifold and cams on their 4.7l please let me know what kind of performance gains you got out of this and if it's worth the time and $$$. Thanks.

I guess no one has done this... so let's try any success stories with using a superchips power programmer on a 4.7, or installing an underdrive pulley?? see if this gets any hits.

under drive pulley is excellent bang for your buck, it made a noticeable difference in my truck and was only $50. voltage drops from 14v to 12.5v if your stopped with the A/C on max and the radio cranked up.

kurbycar... where did you pick up your pulley? I have never seen them that cheap.

summitracing has one for 50, but its just the crankshaft pulley. The Jet setup includes the altenator pulley too and I usually see it for right around 200.

I also would like to hear from anyone regarding the HO CAM & intake upgrade!

I receintly purchased a Superchips programmer for my 4.7. I've used it for 2 weeks and over 500 miles. I brought it back for a full refund. Zero difference in performace or MPG.
