Default Muffler and Rear End

So these two have absolutely nothing in common except the fact they're both on my Dakota. I was wondering if anyone has tried a Cherrybomb Glass pack or a blue bottle on a 4.7. If so, how did it sound. And I was wondering how I could find out my rear end gearing without looking at it. Like, anywhere in the book or on the truck that would tell me....or maybe the VIN? Thanks for the help

There should be an option sheet on the inside of the glovebox lid. Otherwise, crawl underneath and look for a tag on the rear diff, usually bolted down on the cover. My 4x4 also has a sticker wrapped around the passenger side stub shaft sticking out the front diff.
