Default RE: Trying to replace the dome light

Every auto parts store (even walmart and kamarts) has a book listed what type of bulbs each vehicle needs. If thats not there, take the bulb out (get to this in a minute), theres numbers on the base telling you what kind of bulb it is. Example a taillight usually is a 1157. Also it will tell you if its a 12v or 6v bulb (sometimes 12v isnt printed since all vehicles sinec mid 50's are 12v).

To get the cover off, slightly squeeze the long sides to the centre of the lens and it should pop off.

Now why the hell do you want a blue bulb for? Dont expect to be able to see inside the cab at night with it. The regular one sometimes isnt enough.
