JET PCM Stage 1 or Stage 2
I already have exhaust work done an will be getting an intake soon. will this be enough to allow the stage 2 to work properly or should i just go with the stage 1?
Neither.
General concensus is Jet = FTL.
The ECU is programmed with certain parameters, and it will "learn" how to maintain those parameters thus making the Jet chips a temporary gain.

FTL = for the lose
And sorry, it looks like you're pretty well stuck. I mean, feel free to try the Jet chips, but don't be surprised when they're less effective than a throttle body spacer or a turbonator. Try shooting an email off to Superchips and Hypertech to see if they're going to develop anything for the 3.7.

first off, you will see not much of any gain with the 6 cyl. unless you drop 5 grand on a novi supercharger. the power wire is a joke. it only tricks the computer into thinking the incoming air is cooler than it is, thus making engine run lean all the time. when you get your intake simply relocate your iat sensor closer to the air filter, this will act like the power wire but not keep the truck running lean. it will actually do its job by sensing different temps, of incoming air. the other thing is change out your thermostat. you have a 195 in there now and switching to a 180 will make the engine run cooler creating a little more power.
thanks for the info. Where could i locate a thermostat like that? Will i need to extend the wire to IAT and is there a hole already drilled on the intake that i will need to fill?
