Default oil pressure

I have a dakota, 2002, with the 4.7 v-8 and all of a sudden I am experiencing a problem in the oil system in that I have pressure till the engine really gets warm and is driven about 12 miles in that the pressure drops to nothing and it starts to sound like it is out of oil, the oil pump and all gaskets and seals were replaced a year and a half ago by the local crysler/dodge dealer here in town. any suggestions, the truck has 125,000 miles on it

Changed the oil since then?

Change it again, sounds like there's something amuck, like perhaps there's a pressure problem that was "fixed" by dumping thick oil in it.

Why did the oil pump and all seals need to be replaced? Could this be a symptom of that pre-existing problem?
