New Procharger Question?
I have more questions then answers, but what did you pay for it? I have been looking at paxton chargers myself, but the procharger claims 55-60% gain as opposed to 40% from paxton using only 1 more PSI.
its hard to answer if the power gained was worth the money spent when you don't specify what you spent too, but chargers generally make very large gains for the amoutn of work done to the motor. To gain the same HP from just engine components without boost you would be doing alot more work.
The only issue I have heard about with boost over 6 psi is head gaskets being a bit too weak. I won't have that issue as I am building the motor from scratch, but just a bolt on I don't know.
