I don't know of any numbers on a 5.2L, but a 50mm on a 5.9 is around 12hp and 39ft-lbs. (by the dyno sheet on krc performance)

What size TB is stock on the 5.2?

If I put roller rockers on the 5.2 do I need to replace the electronic mod? I know some computers are programmed to where if there's more movement they slow down the timing which in return loses power.
