Default Black Ice power "chip"

Has anyone ever tried one of these or know anything about them good or bad? Supposed 20hp gain and 30-45 ft lbs or torque

usually those scams are resistors that fool your motor into think its getting colder air then it really is, theres some truth to it but its really not a good idea. this device claims to not be a resistor or an ECU piggyback so im not positive what it is. but judging by the fact that he has it available for almost any make/model makes me think its a resistor in a nice package.
