Default Windshield Overly Pitted and Scratched

I own a 2002 Dakota and the winshield has been garbage since about a year after owning it.
I've never seen such a scratched and pitted one on vehicles I've owned that were 10 years
old or more.

I went to scrape the frost off it recently and the scraper actually put scratches in it. The scraper
doesn't scratch any of the other windows nor does it scratch the windshields of any other cars
I've used it on.

Anyone else have this issue?

Also, when it gets really cold the inside of the winshield can frost up as bad or worse than the
outside of it. Is this a seal problem?

Thanks.

if you have frost on the inside then you definately have some sort of seal problem. are you sure its the stock dodge windshield? maybe the previous ownder or even the dealer had to replace it for some reason and put a crappy one in

I would definately replace it if it is causing you this much grief.
