Default Removal of 42re transmission

I have a 4x4 1997 dakota, does anyone have a site which has pictures to show how to do this? It looks simple and not uber complicated.

not exactly sure what you mean by stuck exhaust, you will probably need to replace the flange bolts because they will need cut off...

I have tried and tried to remove the transfer case, it seems very hard geez they should make these things a bit easier to pull out. Does anyone have a step by step guide with pictures of each step? It is always easy to explain but pictures are much better.
