the wheels are just stock ones painted gloss black...

as for tires, Goodyear had some yellow lettered Eagle 1 special going on for awhile... but Im sure they are still out there. Go to a dealer, tell them you want the tires from a Dodge Motorsports edition Dak.

The Motorsports Edition Dakotas, of which I owned one, did indeed come with the yellow lettered Eagle 1 Goodyear's.....other then the yellow letters....the tires were complete crap and werent worth a spit on my 4.7L V8.....I wouldnt recommend them at all. They discontinued the yellow lettering in 2003 or 2004....as they werent as popular by then.... if you want a good tire....I recommend the Kumho ECSTA STX's......especially for the R/T

However, the Motorsports Edition Dakotas didnt come with NASCAR style racing wheels, they were merely stock Dakota wheels painted in gloss black with a silver lip. These were only made available on about 10,000 Dakotas.....as they were only made for half a year.

If you want the true NASCAR styled black racing wheels, then these American Racing wheels come about as close as I've been able to find...

Here's a few pictures of what a Motorsports Edition Dakota looks like, in case you want to see.....this was my 01 clubcab...

I'm sorry, but the (newer) white lettering looks better than the yellow lettering on those "Nascar" tires

Something else if you want that look is a spoiler on the tailgate, and I have not been able to find one that looks like a NASCAR spoiler.

NASCAR rocks, I think that would come out as a really neat looking truck, I have seen some fans really go to town if you go to a race you will see whatI mean and that alone would make you want to do it.......I don't think I would do a driver specific look but NASCAR as a whole would really rock.

I'd go for the Xenon or Lund spoiler if you're going for a "Nascar style" truck....the Xenon spoiler looks like this:
