Default Headlights

My brother-in-law has a 03 4x4 with the 4.7, when he turns his brights on he wants his low beams to stay on also. Is there a simple way to do this?
Thanks for any info given.

No, there is no simple way. Not only that, but by running a double filament bulb with both filaments lit, you will most likely burn out the bulb prematurely and/or melt the inside of your headlight housing.

Yeah not a good idea. They WILL burn out very shortly.
