I bought a 2002 Dakota Sport Quad Cab wrecked....i got both front fenders off of Ebay (Tennessee aarea I think) for $204 delivered.

I checked with Keystone and another place and they wanted way over that justFOR1 FENDER...ouch!

I prefit them and they were 90% close to fitting perfect.....the only thing i had to do was to use a skim coat of bondo to get the contour correctright where thedoor andfender come together....i tried to bend the metal out (from the backside) on the other fender, which just slightly twisted the fender in that spot....just putsome tape on the door and skim coat the fender by the door and you will be fine.

2nd gen fenders will be the same.....you might try to print something off from ebay and check with your local salvage yards for a fender....if you are blessed, you might even find the same color of one and you wont have to spend any money on paint (which allows you to spend more $$ on the fender)

Good luck.

I was told that there was a difference from the fenders that came on the sport models to the on sport models ( I know the sports have the fender flares). Keystone and mopar books had different sku numbers for for the sports and the non sports.

I ended up getting them from keystone and they fit very well but I paid out the *** for each fender ($280)
