Default Camber adj in '01 4x4 ???

Is there an easy way to adjust camber on the '01 Dakota Quad Cab 4x4?

Thanks,

To what degree? If you are asking how to adjust camber, I highly doubt that you would be able to set it correctly. I would take it to a tire shop and have them align it. This would ensure that you wouldn't accidentialy adjust the toe as well.

The left front tire is worn down towards the outside. I need to learn enough that I can verify an alignment shop actually did anything. I'll be replacing my tires at the same time, so if they don't actually fix my problem, I won't be able to tell for awhile.

Most machines and do a before/after print out.
If, for some reason, theirs can't, have them show you the measurements before and after.
Also, a lot of shops will provide some type of warranty on the alignment. So if you see the tires are wearning unevenly, you can take it back and show them.
Of course, you still will need to do proper tire rotations, as this also can extend the life of the tires.

I just checked my VIN on the Dodge website and found that my truck did not have the upper ball joint recall completed. Maybe I should start with that.

This is actually incorrect. Both camber and toe can be altered individually for both sides.
