help with headliner removal

Default help with headliner removal

Well i found a couple threads but no real help. the overhead console isnt my concern. how hard is it to actually drop the head liner? anybody have
some tips or great instructions? how is it secured, and how do you actually pull it down when all the trim is out of the way. i want to sound
deaden my roof, thats the reason for all this. thanks for all the help. sorry, its a 97 extended cab with computer overhead console.

first off you have to take all the side pannels off and the light thats on the roof and the console. then it shoud just pull out. I've never had mine out so I'm not 100% sure on that

ok thanks. so after i remove all the trim, it should just drop down? are there any clips or glue that hold it in place/

Once you have all the side panels removed then comes the grab handles, and sun visor pivots. then down it sould come.

I'll have pics up tomorrow. My truck has nothing in it right now but the dash and my front drivers seat.
