Default Dakota Door Insulation

Does any know about door insulation for a 97 Dakota? I bought the truck a year ago with only 45,000 miles on it. Runs great and the heater works very well but the cab does not get warm. Over the summer I replaced the factory speakers myself and noticed there was no door insulation. I just put 2 and 2 together now that the outdoor temps are sub zero. The truck was sold in Hawaii so this might have something to do with it. I need info on where to buy the insulation panels or any other product I can use.

mine just has a sheet of plastic on it. I replaced mine with new stuff when I put new speakers in it.
