Default hiflo cat

does anyone know where to find a hiflo cat for our trucks? does anyone have one and how do you like it? did you have to get an 02 simulator for it?

thanks

I have a magnaflow highflow cat on mine and I love it. and you dont need an O2 simulator for one either. I got mine for like $75

i took my cat and rammed a one inch piece of rebarb through it to open it up. runs like a free flowing exhaust with the same backpressure, and did not pull any codes

the magnaflow sounds like a good start.

im all into doing my "own" modifications, but ramming a piece of rebar through your cat doesn't sound like the kinda "mod" i want to do. you have no idea how that is going to affect your performance and definately taking a chace at damaging more than just your cat. maybe your wallet too once you start throwing codes. sometimes, a cheap "mod" isn't allways the best one. im using that term loosly because i dont really see it as a mod either, more foolish than anything. i suppose if you don't have to worry about state inspections then your good. i don't have that luxury like many other people. but i guess to each his own.
