I have a sony head unit and a JVC 4 channel AMP. I think im going with apline speakers

Your best bet would be to get some aftermarket speakers. I, personally, reccomend the polk 650's myself due to the high sensitivity of the speakers (92 dB/1watt). also they have good sound and their loud. If you want to spend more you could go with the component system for the front which has the seperate tweeter, but I didn't have the money for it at the time. :-(
