Thanks for the info mike. I used the Bosch platinums in my mazda MX6 before i had my truck and i wish i knew that then. They are much more than a standard copper plug and there only upside is that they last about 3x longer. Pffft ill just replace them, i usually do it more often than i should anyways (i forget when i did them last so they get done like every 10k -15k mi). Glad the champions are like a buck or so a pop

I've had the platinum +4's in my durango the whole time I owned it. (totaled it out on tue night...[sm=headbang.gif]) I even dyno compared these plugs to the autolite 2923's...2-3rwhp difference saying the platinums gave more power and my fuel mileage did not change at all. It never spark knocked or anything. But then again my engine was never stock and I always used 92+ octane. I only changed them out when I supercharged it.
