Default tire clearance

Just bought my O3 Dak two weeks ago. As I have been backing out of my parking spot, I've noticed a grinding sort of noise from the passenger front. I was really trying to figure it out and then last night I did. The tire is rubbing the mudflap and not even close to full lock, it's actually only at about half turn. I did some measuring and noticed that the clearance of the two front wheels to the back fender is quite different. I called the dealer I got it from and they're going to look at it. The upper ball joints were replaced in the recall, I assume the alignment was done after. Is there anything else that would cause the wheels to be so off kilter besides alignment or joints? (btw no noticable aligment issues, she drives as straight as an arrow) I just want to be ready for the dealer on Tuesday. I don't like these guys very much but have to have it there for the used car warrenty.

Sounds like your upper control arm linkage is loose.
