Yeah I know the tires are bald lol, those were on the back, I have 4 brand new ones over in the corner (4th pic all the way to the right you can see them stacked up. The kit only cost me about $65. A friend of mine had the kitfor his car and sold the car, he wanted a remote starter (I work at a car audio shop), and I wanted the HIDS, so I put the starter in his truck at my costand he gave me the HIDS. 
I think new it's like $250 or soemthing for that kit.

Oh yeah, and I love the 1PC headlights, they don't fit for crap, and they're kind of wobbley out of the box and take a little modding to fit and stay right, but the look is great once you get them in there right.
