Default 2.5L CRANKS NO FIRE

hello all i have a 1999 dakota with a 2.5 5 speed friday night i went to autozone and bought a fuse for the cooling fan, anyways i left got about 5 miles down the road stopped at a light and went to take off and the truck stalled well then i tried to start it it just cranks with no luck of it turning over i check the plugs there is no spark there is also no spark at the coil so i bought a new coil plugs cap and rotor and plugs. it still wont start im wondering if anyone else had this problem and what they did to fix it? is it a possiblity of the crank sensor or cam sensor? please help

if thats the case, after you change the relay, it won't turn over quick, you probably sucked the fuel out of the lines
it makes sense to be the relay. but with no spark anywhere, It's hard to tell

Does your truck have an ASD relay?

Well, if you have fuel pressure then you should check the CKP (crankshaft position) sensor. It isn't the CMP (camshaft position) sensor because that assists in timing the fuel delivery and has nothing to do with spark.

If you still dont have spark after changing the coil, cap, plugs and rotor i would also change the plug wires and the distributor. But make sure you check all your wires. I know if the very small wires off your ignition coil broke it would cause this.
